Kurt Schaeffler started as an apprentice mechanic in March 2000 at Withiam Field Aircraft Service, an FAA certified Repair Facility, located on KSUA in Stuart, Florida. Working alongside some of the best mechanics that Florida has to offer, and combined with intense self study, Kurt attained his A&P license in just over the 30 month minimums required by the FAR. Turbine experience working with CRS-WFAS. Cessna certified technician while working for CRS/Cessna service center. Garmin G1000 certified technician. Working with Fibertech Composites Inc, he excelled as a builder assistant on the Glastar and Sportsman kit aircraft. A factory trained and certified ROTAX iRMTincluding 912, 912iS, 914, 915iS 916iS. Also with experienced in fabric aircraft covering, amphibious applications, sheet metal, composites, and electrical / electronic installations. We are a full service operation.
